Every project starts with a conversation. Whether you already have architectural plans, an existing quotation or simply an idea of what you would like to achieve, we can help you develop it into a practical and considered design.
Our approach is designed to give you useful advice from the beginning, while allowing us to dedicate more time and detail as your project progresses.

Whether you have architectural drawings, plans from another kitchen company,
measurements or simply an idea of what you would like, bring them to us.

Initial consultation — Free
We begin with a consultation to understand your space, lifestyle, preferences, appliances, storage requirements and budget.
There is no charge for this initial consultation.

Initial design & quotation — Free
Using your plans and our discussion, we prepare an initial kitchen design and quotation.
This gives you an opportunity to understand what is possible, explore different options and see how your chosen kitchen could work within your space — without committing to a design fee.

Ready to develop the project? — £500 commitment payment
If you decide you would like us to take the project further, we ask for a £500 design commitment payment.
This is fully redeemable against your kitchen purchase.
The payment allows us to dedicate further design time to your project and move beyond the initial concept into the detailed planning stage.

Site visit & detailed design
Where required, we arrange a site visit and develop the design further.
We can refine measurements, layouts, appliances, storage, services, finishes and other details to ensure the proposed kitchen works properly within the space.

Final design, specification & order
Once everything has been agreed, we finalise the design and specification, confirm the quotation and proceed with your kitchen order.
Bathrooms
Advice is free. Detailed 3D design is available when you need it.
We understand that choosing a bathroom involves more than simply selecting individual products.
The layout, proportions, clearances and positioning of every element need to work together.

Come and talk to us about your bathroom.
We can advise on products, finishes, layouts and practical considerations, with no charge for the initial consultation.

Already have a quotation? Bring it with you.
If you have received a quotation from another bathroom company, you’re welcome to bring it to us.
We’ll review the specification and can see whether we can improve on the price, where appropriate, or advise you on alternative products and specifications that may offer better value or be more suitable for your requirements.

Detailed 3D bathroom design — £500
If you would like us to develop a detailed 3D design of your bathroom, our design service is £500.
£250 of the design fee is refundable against your bathroom purchase.
Why invest in a 3D bathroom design?
A bathroom can look very different on paper compared with the finished room. A detailed 3D design allows you to see how the different elements work together before you purchase.
It helps you:
- Visualise the finished bathroom before making your purchase
- Understand the proposed layout and positioning of each product
- Make confident decisions about colours, finishes and materials
- Identify potential issues before installation begins
- Give your installer a detailed plan to work from
- Reduce the risk of ordering the wrong products or discovering problems during installation
- Make changes before products are ordered, rather than once work has already started
The result is greater confidence that the products you are purchasing will work together and that your installer has a clear design to follow.

Final specification & quotation
Once the design has been agreed, we finalise the products, specification and quotation ready for your order.
Wardrobes
A different approach to fitted storage.
Our Italian wardrobe systems are designed as part of the room rather than simply
being a standard fitted wardrobe. Because of the flexibility of the Italian systems, there is rarely a true like-for-like
comparison with conventional fitted wardrobes.

Initial consultation & design — Free
We discuss your room, storage requirements, preferred style, finishes and how you want the space to function.
We then develop a considered wardrobe proposal around your requirements.
There is no design fee for our wardrobe service.
Our aim is to help you understand what is possible and create a wardrobe solution that feels properly integrated into your space.
Your choice. Our coordination.
We believe you should have flexibility when it comes to installation.
Installation is carried out by independent specialist installers rather than directly employed installation teams. Where appropriate, we can recommend experienced installers we regularly work with. We can also coordinate with them alongside your project to help ensure that the installation follows the agreed design and specification.
Prefer to use your own installer?
That’s absolutely fine.
You are welcome to appoint your own installer or tradespeople. We will provide the relevant plans, product information and specifications and work with your chosen installer where required to help create a seamless process from design through to installation.
